By accessing or using Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY mobile application and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as any future amendments or additions to these Terms as published from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY.

2. Role of the App (Intermediary)

Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY acts as an "intermediary" as defined under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Our role is to provide a platform that primarily or solely enables online interaction between users and allows for the creation, uploading, sharing, dissemination, modification, or access to information (specifically, live Azan broadcasts) using our audio-only services. We do not control or endorse the content transmitted by users or masjids.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information (audio or otherwise) that:

• (a) Belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right.
• (b) Is obscene, pornographic (in an audio context), paedophilic (in an audio context), invasive of another's privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, or promotes enmity between different groups on religious or caste grounds with intent to incite violence.
• (c) Is harmful to children.
• (d) Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• (e) Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any misinformation or information which is patently false and untrue or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact.
• (f) Impersonates another person.
• (g) Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense, prevents the investigation of any offense, or is insulting to other nations.
• (h) Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
• (i) Violates any law for the time being in force.
• (J) Any audio content that is other than the Azan Announcements.

Any violation of this section may result in the termination of your access to the Service and the violation of any related law and its legal action belongs solely to you.

4. Content Removal Policy

Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon receiving an order from a court of competent jurisdiction or a notification from the Appropriate Government or its agency, Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY shall not host, store, or publish any unlawful information and shall remove or disable access to such information as early as possible, but in no case later than thirty-six hours from the receipt of such order or notification.

5. Data Retention

In compliance with applicable laws, Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY will preserve information and records pertaining to removed content and user accounts for a period of one hundred and eighty days (180 days) or for a longer period as may be required by a court of competent jurisdiction or by a Government agency legally authorized.

If your registration or access to the Service is cancelled or withdrawn, we will retain your registration information for a period of one hundred and eighty days (180 days) from the date of such cancellation or withdrawal for the purposes of investigation.

6. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY has established a Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

7. Assistance to Law Enforcement

Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY shall provide information under its control or possession, or render assistance, to any Government agency, lawfully authorized to investigate, protect, or cyber security activities, within seventy-two hours (72 hours) of receipt of a valid and lawful order.

8. Security Measures

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures to protect our computer resources and the information therein. However, you understand that no data transmission over the internet or information storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9. Updates to Terms

Online Azan/ Bismillah Azan App from ETWENTY reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our app and/or website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically for any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
