2. Completing the Application Form
After confirming our service in your area, the next step involves completing our two-page application form. Here's a brief overview of what's needed on each page:

- **Masjid Name:** Please provide the full name of your Masjid.
- **Masjid Address:** Kindly include the complete address of the Masjid, encompassing the street, area, city, state, and pincode.
- **Masjid Authority Signature:** We require the authorized person from your Masjid management to sign this page.
- **Masjid Seal:** Please affix the official seal of the Masjid on this page.
Page 2: Contact and Muezzin Details
- **Masjid Authority Phone Number:** This is a very important detail. Please provide a valid phone number for the Masjid authority, as an OTP (One-Time Password) for registration verification will be sent to this number.
- **Muezzin Names and Phone Numbers:** Kindly list the names and phone numbers of all muezzins associated with the Masjid who will be utilizing the app.
3. Required Supporting Documents
To support your application, we kindly require the following original documents:

Muezzin Aadhaar Copy:
- Please provide a clear photocopy of the Aadhaar card for each muezzin mentioned in your application.
- Each Aadhaar copy must be **signed by the Masjid authority** and prominently bear the **Masjid's official seal**.

Our submission process involves two main steps: an initial verification of your documents via WhatsApp, followed by the courier submission of the physical original documents.
